We seek talented individuals to scale our robotic delivery service from a novelty to a reliable system. We're a team of veterans in software, hardware, and design passionate about building the future.
Join our Autonomy team! We're seeking a Robotics Engineer to expand our robotic systems across new urban areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot localization, perception, and navigation issues in expanding markets, documenting through technical deep dives.
- Develop and implement quick fixes for immediate Autonomy problems.
- Prioritize and plan new feature development based on needs, advancements, and fleet data.
- Fine-tune machine learning models for optimal performance in new metropolitan areas, addressing generalization gaps in AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployments and integrations.
- Develop data collection pipelines and metrics for perception stack performance monitoring, providing technical insights for improvement.
- Contribute to full-stack robotics solution development, ensuring robustness and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of localization, perception, and navigation technologies.
- Proven experience with machine learning and robotics applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with robotic frameworks like ROS (highly desirable).
- Collaborative and fast-paced work style.
