Full-Time Rotunda Service Optimization Manager

Accountability: Liaison for Ford Motor Company’s Rotunda Equipment program in South Central U.S.

Primary Function: Drive revenue and growth by partnering with Ford and Lincoln Dealers to understand their needs and provide equipment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Quote development and sales for General Service Equipment
• Equipment and layout consulting for Service facility upgrades/new projects
• Support sales of Diagnostics, Dealership Consumables, Service Tools
• Achieve sales objectives for assigned market area
• Interface with Ford Technical Support Operations Managers (TSOM’s), field Service Engineers (FSE’s), Rotunda team members, and Dealer personnel
• Attend Regional Service and Parts meetings, special dealer functions, and the NADA yearly conference
• Manage post-sales processes
• Establish and manage distributor relationships
• Respond to dealer requests for consultation on Equipment decisions
• Coordinate supplier contacts and develop sales presentations
• Travel to interface with Dealers (40-50%)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Extensive automotive service background (tool and equipment industry preferred)
• 5+ years of sales experience with aptitude for detail and report management
• Dealer and/or OEM contact experience
• PC proficiency
• U.S. work authorization required
