Position Summary: Seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead, hire, and scale a team of SDRs. This role is pivotal in developing outbound strategies, coaching SDRs, and driving high-quality pipeline creation for Account Executives. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations is key to target hospitals, medical groups, and physician practices nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, hire, and develop a team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Drive team performance to meet or exceed quota and activity expectations.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Account Executives, and Leadership to execute qualification guidelines and process improvements.
- Maintain CRM hygiene for reporting key metrics and driving desired behaviors.
- Proactively improve overall productivity and quality of meetings.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Passion for attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in work.
- Strategic team-building skills, coupled with tactical execution.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven and highly analytical approach to leadership.
- Deep understanding of predictable revenue models, sales development, and value selling practices.
- Experience selling to Healthcare Providers is a plus!
