OverviewWe seek a strategic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you'll play a crucial role in scaling our global go-to-market organization. You'll craft and execute enablement programs that boost productivity, performance, and revenue across the GTM revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Enablement: Collaborate with the Director of Enablement to build and expand a global enablement strategy aligned with sales objectives and business priorities. Advise sales leadership on readiness, ramp-up, and strategic capability needs. Align enablement priorities across roles and regions.
- Program Design & Execution: Lead the creation and delivery of sales enablement programs, including onboarding, ongoing training, and skill development for quota-carrying teams. Develop curriculum focusing on sales methodologies, deal execution, product positioning, and buyer engagement. Initiate impactful training initiatives to address business objectives and learning gaps.
- Content and Communications: Manage content development, organization, and delivery via CloudBees LMS and other enablement platforms. Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Management to guarantee timely, consistent messaging, and value-driven positioning across all teams and regions.
- Tool & Process Optimization: Drive adoption of key sales and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, LMS tool), ensuring tool support for seller workflows and reinforcement of sales processes. Align content, playbooks, and training with the customer lifecycle and product motion globally.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor enablement metrics, including ramp time, productivity, content engagement, and quota attainment. Conduct regular skills assessments and program evaluations to identify gaps and optimize impact. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to sales and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership roles in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering global sales enablement strategies and programs for distributed sales teams.
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, a plus).
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills (written & verbal); ability to influence leaders and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, GTM tools (Salesforce, Gong, LMS).
- Passion for coaching, continuous learning, and driving excellence in sales execution.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting global revenue teams across multiple regions.
- Familiarity with the DevOps industry and related buyer personas.
- Sales methodology certifications (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of Message, Challenger, Sandler).
- Experience implementing and managing LMS platforms to align with seller workflows across the customer lifecycle.
- Instructional design background and/or certifications.
