Participate in all sales activities, aligning with sales & marketing plans for various market segments to exceed hotel revenue targets.
Responsibilities include promoting the hotel brand, securing new business, and maximizing revenue.
Establish outstanding business relationships within local, domestic, and international markets. Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence.
Attend travel functions and sales road shows, and organize sales trips to promote hotel sales.
Training will equip you to be a confident sales manager achieving exceptional results.
Report directly to the Director of Sales for coaching and support.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Proactive, self-motivated, enjoys challenges
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication skills
- Achieve sales targets in a high-pressure environment
