Role Overview: As the Sales Marketing Manager, you'll bridge Sales/Customer Success and Marketing, fostering business growth through key marketing initiatives and equipping client-facing teams with valuable resources to enhance client interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales marketing materials (case studies, sales narratives, one-sheets, strategic playbooks).
- Promote GroundTruth's value to clients across Managed Services teams and WeatherBug.
- Collaborate with sales teams to position GroundTruth strategically for pitches, RFPs, and client interactions.
- Contribute to content calendars and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (website, email, events, social media).
- Collaborate with diverse departments (Product, Technology, Client Services) to enhance sales support.
- Translate complex technology and solutions into simplified concepts supporting go-to-market and product launches.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Sales, Product, Research & Insights) to create compelling sales materials.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing Associate, Marketing Generalist/Specialist, Sales Marketing Manager, Content Strategist or related roles.
- Interest in mobile, CTV, and advertising landscape.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Organizational and creative thinking abilities.
- B2B marketing experience (preferred).
- Copywriting experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Understanding of the sales funnel (preferred).
