Salesforce Developer II is responsible for custom development, integrations, implementation and data migration on Salesforce Platform.
Supports business campaign journey execution via Marketing Cloud (MC).
Supports DE (data extension) configuration and utilization of Automation Studio/Email Studio/Content Builder/Journey Builder.
Acts as Marketing Cloud system administrator.
Defines new development requirements and enhancements via business communication.
Debugging system issues for applications in Salesforce instance, providing root cause analysis.
Builds Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Supports advanced segmentation for campaign channels (Email/SMS/Postal mail).
Supports push notification campaigns and transactional messages for various departments.
Adheres to Salesforce best practices, maintains code documentation, and writes/maintains test classes for all custom development.
Takes ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updated applications and code.
Collaborates with other developers for integrations across the business.
Salary range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
Required skills: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience, 1+ year experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, experience with Telematics Proactive Email/Text messaging, proficiency in HTML/JavaScript, SQL, understanding of customer data segmentation, system integration, asynchronous capabilities, Salesforce product suite (Lightning, Service, Marketing, Community Clouds), systems architecture, data sharing and visibility, platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth), data integration tools, creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access, platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL), Active Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator.
Preferred skills: Experience with Heroku or Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics), Tableau KPI Reports, Automotive Industry experience, understanding of Customer/Prospect Campaign Program.
Bilingual: Korean/English.
