We are seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer specialist in Salesforce CRM to support the growth of Australian enterprise clients (retailers exceeding $1 billion in revenue).

Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance with automation testing experience.
- QA experience in Salesforce Customer Cloud Experience with automation testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to think outside the box.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design test processes and procedures to ensure software operates within defined requirements.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Communicate obstacles clearly to avoid project impediments.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers on tasks related to planning, testing, and coordinating release activities.
- Advise clients on best practices for eCommerce platforms.
- Help recruit for the growing team in Vietnam.
