Ripple Effect is seeking a short-term recruiter to support our clients’ missions in biomedical research and health/healthcare support. This role involves strategically and administratively recruiting for government contracting positions in science, project management, communications, evaluation, and information technology (IT). Previous experience with Government or GovCon is highly desirable.

- Coordinates with hiring managers
- Proactive communications with applicants and hiring managers
- Processes candidates through the hiring pipeline
- Schedules interviews and administering tasks
- Reviews resumes and phone screens
- Tracks and reports on key departmental metrics
- Contributes to HR practices and promotes the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years of professional experience in the scientific and biomedical/health fields
- Available immediately and can commit to at least two months of work
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience networking and building relationships
- Understanding of a typical recruiting life cycle
