About this Position

We’re seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join our Agile Delivery team. In this role, you’ll act as a servant leader and coach to Agile/Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with Agile values and delivering high-quality outcomes across medium to complex projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles, drive continuous improvement, and ensure Agile practices are consistently applied.

Job Responsibilities

1. Serve as a servant leader and coach to Agile/Scrum teams.
2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
3. Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies and blockers.
4. Promote Agile principles and best practices across teams and leadership.
5. Provide status updates and lead deployment efforts while following change management processes.

Job Skills/Requirements

Required:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in medium to complex project environments.
• Strong facilitation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Agile tools including JIRA Align, JIRA Cloud, and Confluence.
• Assertive and detail-oriented with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to escalate issues when needed.

Preferred:

• Experience with retail POS systems and payment platforms.
• Familiarity with Oracle Xstore solutions.
• Agile certification or experience with frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.

Additional Information

• Hybrid position (3 days in office per week).
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
