8+ years of professional experience developing, implementing, and managing KPI s at a large Enterprise company.- 5+ years of experience with automation tools
- Working knowledge of risk data analysis, dashboards and visualization, and executive risk reporting.
- Bachelor's or master s in engineering, data science, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience with metrics frameworks like OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) or balanced scorecards.
- A history of implementing KPI systems that led to measurable organizational improvements.
- Experience in engineering processes, operations, or related technical fields.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
- Strong understanding of business goals and how to connect them to measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to guide teams and drive cultural changes focused on performance measurement.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
