Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative SaaS software solutions to a diverse range of clients from commercial to faith-based to social movement organizations. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding team.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions.
- Activity Tracking and Reporting: Entry of all sales related activities including customer engagement, account plans and forecasts in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to own the entire sales cycle from prospect to close
- Ability to articulate our value proposition including our focus on virtues to customers
- Results driven with a strong sense of accountability
- Experience selling to non-profit, faith-based or social movement orgs a plus
