Full-Time Senior Assessments Consultant (Remote)

Senior Assessments Consultant works within the global Science IO Psychology team at HireVue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assessment projects and advise other IO Psychology Consultants.
• Provide insights and visualizations demonstrating customer selection system value and success.
• Communicate and present findings enabling data-driven decisions and actions.
• Interface with stakeholders to manage ongoing criterion validation studies (including adverse impact analyses).
• Assist with research, innovation, and team planning activities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in Assessments/Selection/Occupational psychology consulting.
• Master's degree in Work/Industrial/Organisational/Occupational IO Psychology (PhD preferred).
• Experience in the selection assessment development cycle (job analysis, content creation, validation, scoring).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
• Proven success in developing analysis from both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Strong capabilities in building and explaining data visualizations.
• Excellent presentation and design skills (written and verbal communication to executive audiences).
• Ability to utilize data to demonstrate ROI pre and post-implementation.
• Ability to present results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of EEO compliance and selection system regulations.
