Contractor Senior Automation QA Engineer

At Mindera, we develop websites and mobile applications for some of the most renowned brands in the world. We are seeking a Senior QAE with eCommerce experience to support the growth of our Australian enterprise clients.

Requirements:

1. 6+ years experience in a software engineering environment.
2. Willingness to learn and specialize in Salesforce CRM QAE practices. Prior Salesforce experience is a plus.
3. Fluent English communication skills.
4. Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright OR Java and Appium for automated testing.
5. Ideally experience with web and mobile testing.
6. Proven experience working in corporate/retail environments with a focus on eCommerce.
7. Proven experience working with onshore and offshore teams and leveraging asynchronous communication.
8. Strong QA skills with hands-on experience executing and improving product quality.
9. Ability to drive end-to-end test strategies and enhance test coverage.
10. Proven track record implementing test frameworks and managing environments.
11. Ability to design, articulate, and execute functional, regression, and performance tests.
12. Experience with various software development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall).
13. Strong reporting and analytical skills with familiarity using monitoring tools.
14. Excellent documentation and communication skills.
15. Collaborative mindset.

• Helping recruit and mentor engineers.
• Collaborating with global teams to upskill engineers.
• Engaging with clients to advise on eCommerce platform optimization.
• Developing expertise in Salesforce CRM testing.
• Expanding automation test coverage for Salesforce solutions.
