Contractor Senior Automation Tester

ProArch is seeking a skilled Senior Automation Tester for our Quality Assurance team.

In this role, you'll drive automation testing initiatives to ensure the reliability and performance of our software products. You'll work collaboratively with development teams, designing, implementing, and executing automated tests, while also mentoring junior testers to elevate overall testing quality.

2. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
3. Create and optimize automated testing frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define appropriate testing strategies.
5. Mentor junior team members on testing methodologies, automation best practices, and tools.
6. Analyze test results and defects to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
7. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments.
8. Participate in requirements reviews and provide input on testability and functional design.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software testing experience, with a strong focus on automation.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, or Python.
• Extensive experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in API testing (Postman, SoapUI).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
