This is a leadership role within the Clinical Team, with a senior role within clinical governance and the development of Clinical Psychology within the organisation. Your main role will be to support the Head of Clinical Governance in leading a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, counsellors and non clinically qualified staff and the functions that sit within the team.
Main responsibilities:- Management & Leadership: Support the day to day activity of the clinical governance team, ensure clinical activity is underpinned by the needs of all service users, support the development of the role of clinical psychology.
- Analytics, Reporting and Insights: Support the monthly reporting of the clinical governance team activity, by collating feedback and data from different systems and interpreting this data.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure that the clinical governance framework is well understood within the Service Delivery team and lead on embedding this through direct activity.
- Stakeholder Management: Be a clinical expert and ‘voice of Kooth’ by responding to media requests, delivering presentations and supporting colleagues within the commercial team at key stakeholder meetings.
- Safeguarding: Support our safeguarding processes including the user safety incident framework.
- Training and Development: Support the development/improvement and delivery of specialist training packages that can be delivered both internally and externally.
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology
- Professional registration with Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Full (advanced) DBS certificate and eligibility to work in UK
- Demonstrable leadership/management experience
