Contractor Senior CRM Data Executive

AJ Bell is seeking a Senior CRM Data Executive to join their Direct-to-Consumer Marketing team on a contract basis.

This role is vital for driving customer growth and increasing customer value through data-driven strategies and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop targeted, data-driven campaigns for specific customer segments.
• Act as a Bloomreach expert, fostering strong relationships with the platform vendor to maximize platform capabilities across channels.
• Generate regular campaign and automation program reports to assess performance, identify insights, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliverables.
• Create comprehensive campaign reports using data from Bloomreach and other marketing tools.
• Leverage workflow and automation functions to minimize manual processes (aiming for 80% automation).
• Effectively manage, execute, and track marketing activity through CRM channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including consumer duty.

Competencies, Knowledge & Skills:

• 3+ years of CRM experience in an omnichannel business.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL preferred), capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and presenting key findings.
• Experience with Bloomreach or similar customer marketing platforms.
• Proven experience in email marketing campaign delivery.
• Understanding of customer data, permissions, data protection, GDPR, and segmentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
