Full-Time Senior Data Engineer

Designing and implementing LLM-based solutions for tasks such as blueprint interpretation and cost estimation.

Developing and optimizing computer vision models for processing architectural drawings and other visual inputs.

Fine-tune LLMs and build RAG systems for efficient data retrieval and contextual understanding.

Building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines using Azure.

Designing scalable solutions for integrating, processing, and storing diverse data types.

Support MLOps/DevOps processes to ensure seamless model deployment and monitoring.

Work closely with analysts, data scientists, and engineers to integrate models into production systems.

Provide mentorship and senior oversight to junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

Solid programming skills in Python.

Hands-on expertise in Cloud services and data pipeline development (Azure preferred, AWS and/or GCP are also valued).

Experience in LLMs (training, fine-tuning, or RAG) and/or computer vision projects.

Strong skills in DevOps/MLOps for deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.

Ability to work across disciplines, combining data engineering and data science.

Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior staff is highly valued.

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication.

5+ years of experience in similar roles.
