Senior Finance Analyst - Spirits/RTD

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide effective finance business partnering support to Finance and Operational stakeholders.
• Support Pinnacle business through accurate and insightful financial and commercial reporting and analysis for key decisions.
• Support planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with Pinnacle Head of Sourcing for Beverages and Business Development Managers.
• Deliver presentations to senior stakeholders (e.g., weekly sales reporting, monthly BPRs, ad-hoc business insights).
• Manage budget and forecast process for the category while maintaining an independent view of key metrics (e.g., sales growth, COGS drivers, GP and mix).
• Deliver Beer/Spirits category financial targets for P&L and working capital, identify risks and opportunities, develop growth and mitigation plans.
• Deep dive assessment of Beer/Spirits portfolio performance vs plan & LY, assessing promotional effectiveness and buy/sell side impacts on GP (incl FX and drivers).
• Drive and lead implementation of opportunities for enhanced reporting and facilitating stakeholder adoption.
• Conduct scenario analysis and business modelling for potential business opportunities.
• Proactively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information simplistically.
• Degree qualification and CA/CPA.
• Minimum 3 years commercial finance experience.
• Advanced SAP ERP & BI, Google Sheet skills.
• Advanced Excel capability.
• Retail or drinks industry experience desirable.
