Contractor Senior Hardware Recruiter

Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies bringing revolutionary advancements to market. Red Cell Partners Talent is seeking a Senior 1099 Recruiter to join our team on a remote, contract basis.

Job Details:

• Position: Senior 1099 Recruiter (Contract)
• Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
• Duration: 3 months
• Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
• Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit exceptional candidates for semiconductor hardware engineering positions in the Power Management Integrated Circuit sector located or able to relocate to Torrance, CA
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and GoodTime to effectively work with hiring managers and the recruiting team
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for specialized technical roles
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Provide weekly updates on recruiting progress and market insights

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience working in recruiting, 5+ years specializing in hardware related roles
• Proven experience recruiting for hardware and power engineering roles
• Strong network within the power engineering and hardware development communities
• Excellent service in candidate and hiring manager experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Hourly rate: $65.00-$85.00
