Arthur Grand Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Informatica Developer for a client project. The position is remote and requires an Active MBI Clearance.
Long-term contract.
Are you an experienced Informatica Developer passionate about transforming raw data into valuable insights? Join our team and design, develop, and optimize data integration solutions for mission-critical operations. This role demands deep technical expertise in Informatica, ETL processes, and enterprise data management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- ETL Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and related tools.
- Data Integration & Transformation: Analyze complex data requirements and deliver efficient, scalable, reliable data integration solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor ETL workflows, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvements.
- Data Quality & Governance: Implement data quality rules and maintain data integrity.
- Documentation & Collaboration: Create technical documentation and work closely with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years designing/developing ETL workflows and processes using Informatica PowerCenter; 5+ years with relational databases, SQL, and stored procedures.
- Expertise: Enterprise data integration and data warehousing concepts.
- Technical Proficiency: Informatica tools (PowerCenter, Data Quality, Metadata Manager); strong SQL programming; experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL); data modeling, data warehouse design.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to troubleshoot complex data/integration issues; optimize ETL workflows.
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Informatica Cloud and real-time integration tools.
- Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS Redshift).
- Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Integrating data from diverse sources (APIs, flat files, cloud).
