About the project: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer to join our xFin team. As a Senior Java Engineer, your core responsibilities will encompass spearheading and actively participating in the formulation, development, and upkeep of our xFin platform. You will collaborate seamlessly with multifunctional teams to dissect, blueprint, and execute cloud-native software solutions that align precisely with customer requirements. Our ideal candidate for this role is deeply impassioned by technology, possesses a profound aptitude for problem-solving, and thrives in the fast-paced, ever-evolving realm of our dynamic environment. 

You will be able to: 

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of cloud native software applications. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement cloud native software solutions. 

• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. 

• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other team activities. 

• Mentor junior engineers and assist in their professional development. 

• Evaluate new cloud native technologies and provide recommendations to the team. 

• Ensure that cloud native software development processes and practices are followed. 

• Write technical documentation and ensure that it is up to date. 

• Implement and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for the cloud native software applications. 

• Design, implement and maintain relational and non-relational databases in a cloud native environment. 

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure data consistency and integrity across cloud native systems. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 5+ Years of experience working with Java. 

• 3+ Years of experience working with Spring. 

• 3+ Years of experience working with AWS. 

• 2+ Years of experience working with SQL. 

• 2+ Years of experience working with Gitlab. 

• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
