We're looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and deploy machine learning models that enhance the personalization and effectiveness of our fitness platform. You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.

Your New Role
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to personalize workout recommendations and improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize and scale machine learning algorithms for real-time user interactions.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Stay up to date with machine learning advancements.
- Mentor junior engineers.

Does This Sound Like You?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Experience deploying machine learning models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
