About the Role:
As the Senior Manager of Career Success, you will grow the impact for students and alumni.
You will lead a team serving students across campuses and programs.
You will build systems and processes for exceptional outcomes.
Build partnerships with tech employers to drive value.
Develop programming and events for students, alumni, and employers.
Develop job-search content to prepare students for the tech recruiting process.
Responsibilities:
Employer Relationship Development and Management: Identify, cultivate, and maintain partnerships with employers.
- Conduct outreach and networking.
- Develop a comprehensive employer database.
- Serve as the primary contact for employer inquiries.
- Collaborate with employers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Organize and execute recruiting events.
Team Leadership:
- Guide content, resources, and programming for Fullstack Academy students.
- Create and launch career services products.
- Lead a team of career success professionals.
- Develop systems to track placement status and outcomes.
- Stay current with hiring trends and develop the Career Success curriculum.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in agency or programmatic recruiting, or leading a career services function at a major university system or edtech organization.
- 2+ years in Business Development or Partnership Development.
- Strong understanding of tech recruiting.
- Data-driven approach to driving action.
- Experience leading a team.
- Passion for mentoring and creating positive outcomes.
Compensation: Base salary starting $75,000 annually.
