The Senior Marketing Production Consultant is responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports brand storytelling, marketing campaigns and product launches. This role requires strong technical expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and production, as well as a mastery of visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about bringing ideas to life through engaging video content. Please note this role requires some on-site presence for production shoots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative marketing production, delivering video assets for theatrical releases - acting as a producer as needed.
- Edit and recut interstitials, lower thirds, and other assets for SVOD, ensuring high quality and alignment with brand standards.
- Oversee asset production for FAST channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage Content Days production logistics, including vendor coordination, SAG contracts, wardrobe rentals, and guild/union agreements, as needed.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to produce and shepherd high-quality video assets from concept to delivery.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for key campaigns.
- Handle specialized projects such as large-scale campaigns— including cut-downs, end cards, and voiceover integration.
- Manage Avid files and workflows, and work fluently in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
- Coordinate and deliver assets for platforms and promotional initiatives.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of professional experience in video editing and production.
- Extensive professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, and production management.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects; familiarity with Avid workflows and file management.
- Proven track record producing high volumes of creative assets under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing vendors, SAG and guild contracts, and production logistics.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across departments and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Deep understanding of creative marketing for theatrical, streaming, and FAST channel environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
