Contractor Senior Microsoft 365 Strategy & Consolidation Architect

• Architectural Analysis: Lead the assessment of two distinct MS 365 environments.
• Identity Strategy: Define the strategy for consolidating corporate identities.
• Security & Compliance Gap Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis to ensure the final tenant configuration aligns with critical security and compliance requirements.
• Licensing and Cost Management: Evaluate current MS 365 licensing models to identify risks of duplicate licensing and propose a technology consolidation and cost optimization plan.
• Migration Strategy & Blueprint: Design a phased migration approach and a target architectural configuration.
• Reporting & Estimation: Prepare the final assessment report.
• Stakeholder Management: Plan and lead assessment workshops and interview sessions with key technical and business stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience as an Architect or Senior Consultant focused on large-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deep M365 Expertise: Proven experience with multi-tenant consolidation and migration strategies.
• Expert knowledge of Hybrid Identity management, including Active Directory, Azure AD.
• Strong working knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and data residency requirements (GDPR).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 licensing models and a track record of identifying optimization and cost reduction opportunities.
• Exceptional ability to lead technical workshops, interview stakeholders.

• Direct experience with MS 365 tenant-to-tenant migration tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune for endpoint consolidation.
• Experience in technology integration or consolidation following corporate mergers or acquisitions.
