Job Details
Create high-quality motion content (animated videos, social media reels, explainers, logo animations) to support and grow the employer brand.
Develop video assets for social media, career platforms, internal communications, employer events, and recruitment campaigns.
Contribute to shaping and evolving the visual identity of the Employer Brand through motion design.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, brand designers, video producers, recruiters, and HR partners to deliver engaging creative solutions.
Translate complex ideas into visually compelling and easily digestible video or animated content.
Handle post-production tasks including editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Experience: 4+ years in motion design, preferably within brand communications, marketing, or employer branding.
- Experience in iGaming is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of employer brand tone of voice and the ability to visually tailor content for different audiences (e.g., tech vs. non-tech, internal vs. external).
- Solid grasp of composition, rhythm, typography, and color theory.
- Experience creating content for social platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining creative excellence.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus.
