About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to join our remote technical team in the US. This role plays a critical part in enhancing and supporting our NetSuite ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), system integrations, and scalable business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A deep understanding of NetSuite's revenue recognition functions
• Hands-on experience in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customizations and configurations within NetSuite, focusing on the Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions leveraging native NetSuite features.
• Create and maintain scripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.0), RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, and custom records to optimize NetSuite functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document functional and design specifications, especially around revenue recognition and related finance modules.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure thorough test coverage and validate system performance.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain codebase using GitHub and document tasks and progress via Jira.
• Stay current on NetSuite releases and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
• Strong command of SuiteScript, workflows, and RESTlets
• Direct experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Module (ARM), including item catalog structure, revenue rules, and event triggers
• In-depth understanding of revenue recognition principles
• Experience writing and interpreting technical documentation
• Proven ability to handle all stages of the SDLC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GitHub and Jira
• NetSuite Certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Developer)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Background in working with QA teams
