Contract full-time remote position based in Brazil. Initial contract runs through end of 2025, possibility of extension.

The Role: Critical role in ensuring software quality and reliability. Work closely with development team throughout the software lifecycle, embedding testing into every step. Responsibilities may include:
- Collaborating with development team to integrate testing into SDLC.
- Defining and implementing structured testing practices (automated and manual).
- Designing and implementing performance test plans.
- Executing load, stress, and scalability tests.
- Ensuring test processes are integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimizing testing for scalability, speed, and efficiency.
- Working with Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborating with client teams.
What we are looking for:
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Significant experience delivering at Senior Test Engineer level (6+ years' commercial experience).
- Practical experience in agile environments.
- Experience developing automation testing frameworks for scalable software solutions (performance, load, stress testing).
- Deep knowledge of performance testing frameworks (K6, JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Understanding of versioning control tools (e.g., Git).
- Experience with databases and cloud environments.
- Experience creating test strategies for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
