Temporary Senior Product Designer

This is a temporary and US-based position.

The safety team is building experiences for user privacy, safety, and trust for the company.

As a senior product designer, you'll be involved with the full product development process; from the brainstorming phase, all the way to launch.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing solutions that cover everything – user needs, business goals, and all the nitty-gritty backend stuff that keeps our platform safe and secure.
• Taking time to understand complex backend processes enough to deliver delightful user-facing experiences.
• Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teammates to define our Safety features.
• Creating the flows, beautiful mockups, amazing prototypes, and helping ensure it is implemented to pixel perfection.
• Presenting and communicating your designs to the team and the greater organization to build consensus around your concepts.
• Testing, learning, and iterating on everything you do.
• Meaningfully contributing to, maintaining, and committing to our Design System library.

What you should have

• 5+ years of experience designing modern consumer-focused products.
• High-level skill at crafting high-quality visual designs and an eye for creating delight in every product experience.
• A portfolio of work on which you were the primary designer contributing to high-impact projects for both desktop and mobile.
• Meaningfully worked on, or with, a design system.
• Proactively forming ideas and presenting them to your cross-functional team to develop strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaboratively guiding the vision for the product and achieving it through design explorations, documentation, and presentations.

US base salary range for this full-time position is $196,000 to $220,500 + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
