Contractor Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining and delivering end-to-end design solutions that make AI capabilities intuitive, transparent, and valuable within our web products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and establish scalable design systems that ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across the product ecosystem.

This position reports to the Lead Product Designer. This is a remote, contract position. EST/CST preferred.

• Drive the end-to-end design process for ecommerce and AI-focused web initiatives, from discovery through delivery.
• Translate complex AI and data-driven concepts into clear, user-centered interfaces.
• Develop, scale, and maintain design systems that support consistency, efficiency, and accessibility across products.
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, validate solutions, and deliver high-quality experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5–7+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on web applications.
• Expertise in Figma, including advanced component management and prototyping.
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems at scale.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design solutions with measurable product impact.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present work clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience working on AI, machine learning, or data-rich products is a strong plus.
• Experience working in conversation UI a plus.
