Job Details
The Insights team seeks a motivated UX researcher as a full-time contractor. Responsibilities include:
Executing large strategic research studies with target customer base.
Working with Insights team to scope and design complex studies.
Managing the full life cycle of a study (research planning, recruiting, fielding, analysis, and reporting).
Collaborating with stakeholders for highly actionable insights.
Creating digestible reports for non-research audiences (leadership, sales, product, design).
Supporting knowledge sharing within the Insights team.
Delivering research independently with initiative.
Translating data into insights that meet business needs.
Conducting various research methods (user interviews, card sorting, surveys, usability testing, data analysis).
Communicating findings in a compelling way.
Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience in User Experience Research, software, and digital experiences.
Presentation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides), strong data visualization skills.
Familiarity with research tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer).
Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience: Healthcare experience.
Compensation: $50/hour - $56/hour USD.
