Full-Time Senior RPA Staff Engineer

Requirements:

• Total experience 10+ years.
• Strong working experience in RPA development (Automation Anywhere), and ERP systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday).
• Strong experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
• Expertise in building bots using APIs, database queries, and UI automation.
• Experience with IQ Bot, MetaBot, and AI/ML-based automation.
• Design and develop Automation Anywhere bots for ERP automation (e.g., invoice processing, order management, procurement, HR functions).
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, or Power Automate.
• Proficiency in handling Control Room administration, user management, and governance.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance in an ERP environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with business and technical teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding project functional and non-functional requirements and the business context of the application.
• Understanding and documenting requirements validated by SMEs.
• Interacting with clients to identify scope of testing, expectations, acceptance criteria, and availability of test data and environment.
• Working closely with product owner in defining and refining acceptance criteria.
• Preparing test plan/strategy.
• Estimating test effort and preparing schedules, assigning tasks, identifying constraints and dependencies.
• Risk management – identifying, mitigating, and resolving business and technical risks.
• Determining potential causes of problems and analyzing alternatives.
• Designing and developing a framework for automated testing following project design and coding guidelines.
• Setting up best practices for test automation.
• Preparing test reports summarizing testing outcome and recommending whether application is shippable.
• Communicating measurable quality metrics, highlighting problem areas and suggesting solutions.
• Participating in retrospective meetings, identifying root cause of quality issues, and identifying ways to continuously improve the testing process.
