We are urgently hiring a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering a new web application.
- Required Skills:
- 6+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of software development processes (preferably React + .NET)
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to drive team accountability and advocate for Agile principles
- Experience in remote team environments.
Availability: Must be available during PST hours during the shift.
