Job Details
Strong background in Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, AngularJS) approaches.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others, to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, MID Server, and other integration tools.
Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
Proficient in managing data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform.
Good implementation knowledge and experience in the ServiceNow Module.
Should have implemented ITSM with any modules such as ITOM or CSM or HRSD, or any of the modules of ServiceNow etc.
6 - 9 Years
Any Degree
ServiceNow ITSM Scripting and development + experience in Building Customs and scoped applications + Integration experience.
Certified System Administrator (OR) Certified Application Developer (OR) Certified Implementation Specialist is a must.
