As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you’ll define and drive the strategy and execution of software quality initiatives. You’ll design and maintain scalable, AI-augmented test frameworks, embed automated quality checks into CI/CD pipelines. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and support engineers.
What you'll do
- Design QA strategies that support full lifecycle testing.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks tightly integrated into CI/CD workflows
- Use agentic-AI copilots to accelerate test writing, defect triage.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to debug issues.
- Analyze bugs to identify root causes.
- Create dashboards and alerts that monitor application health.
- Advocate for a test-first, automation-heavy mindset.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science.
- 5+ years of experience in software or quality engineering.
- Experience building or extending automation frameworks.
- Track record of contributing to production code.
- Fluency with AI-assisted coding tools.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js
- Strong ability to analyze requirements into testable components.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially AWS), containers (e.g., Docker), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- SQL expertise for data analysis and test validation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
