Are you passionate about recruiting top talent for Tech and Product roles? Join our global business at Cint as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where you will support our R&D (Tech and Product) teams.
What You Will Do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and execute the entire recruitment process for roles within our Tech and Product functions.
- Consultative Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, People Partners, and Finance Partners to share industry trends, compensation insights, and competitor updates.
- Educate Hiring Managers: Provide guidance on best practices, recruitment strategies, and process improvements to enhance their hiring practices.
- End-to-End Process Management: Manage all aspects of the hiring process.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – SmartRecruiters.
- Support DEI: Promote and support Cint’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in projects with the TA team to implement process changes.
- Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze your performance metrics to identify strengths and areas for development.
- Experience: Proven experience in a talent acquisition/recruiting role.
- Commercial & Finance Insight: Understanding the importance of the Tech/Engineering and Product functions.
- ATS Proficiency: Ability to maintain and manage an accurate ATS.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive recruitment strategies.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player.
- Proactive Sourcing: Willingness to source candidates proactively.
- ATS Experience: Previous experience using the Smart Recruiters ATS.
