Requirements
- Redesign core experiences at Workana with a focus on user onboarding and activation flows.
- Design complete user journeys, from discovery to final interaction.
- Create high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces aligned with our brand.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Apply strong UX writing instincts to create copy that enhances user experiences.
- Participate in strategic discussions to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs.
- Document design processes and decisions thoroughly to ensure scalability and maintainability.
- Contribute to and adapt from existing Design Systems.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products (preferably in multi-sided platforms, SaaS, or high-growth environments).
- Proven ability to design end-to-end user journeys.
- Strong visual design skills combined with excellent UX writing instincts.
- Analytical mindset, curiosity, and true passion for UX.
- Experience collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
- Advanced English & Spanish skills.
- Strong autonomy, critical thinking, and ability to move fast without compromising quality.
