Contractor Senior UX/UI Experience Designer

• • Healthcare background, must understand what Aetna does and be familiar with health insurance claims processing
  • Web and native design skills
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Must have ability/experience with light research
    • Understand the research process as they work to design
    • They use user testing, or user zoom
  • Figma
    • They need to be highly experienced here. They do not have time/bandwidth to teach them auto layout.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence in presenting their work
  • Self-starter, able to handle work stream effectively
  • Experience working directly with development and understand where developers are coming from
  • They have a mid-high level maturity design system, and they need people that care about the math of a claim lining up or not
• 
  Pluses:
  • Ecommerce experience
    • She would not take Ecommerce experience over healthcare; healthcare is the priority there is someone on the team now with ecommerce should they need to tap into that expertise
    • Bonus if they have ecommerce
  • Portfolio not required with submission, hiring leader doesn t value this and thinks some strong designers wouldn t have time/updated content to readily share
