What you can help with

• Strategic Content Creation: Research and write compelling blog content that aligns with SEO best practices and reflects Ergeon’s values and expertise in residential construction.
• SEO Optimization: Identify opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, and Clearscope reports, while optimizing existing blog posts to drive traffic and engagement.
• Collaborative Writing: Work with editors and senior team members to ensure content quality, accuracy, and alignment with Ergeon’s services and regions.
• Content Ownership: Meet deadlines, produce error-free work, and contribute to the blog’s ongoing success with thoughtful, value-adding content.

We are looking for someone who

• Required: 2+ years of writing experience in a relevant field, A Bachelor’s degree or higher, Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail, Ability to conduct research and craft engaging, error-free content, Proficiency with Google Suite (e.g., Google Docs), Self-motivated and able to work independently and efficiently.
• Preferred: Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Clearscope), Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow.
