We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in platform development, integration, and digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Transformation Strategy: Advise on business process and service management best practices. Shape strategies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Integration Development: Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies.
- Platform Customization and Development: Customize ServiceNow modules, including form configuration, UI design, and data models.
- Communication and Collaboration: Define platform and integration requirements, translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver user training sessions or supporting materials. Maintain clear technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, customization, and platform development.
- 5+ years of strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and flow building.
- Expert knowledge of Core Services/SMP, ITSM & DEVOPS, JavaScript, GlideScript.
- Proven experience with custom development and digital transformation projects.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
