- Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and requirements traceability matrix.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Validate workflows (e.g., Work Orders, Permits, AP integrations).
- Support in UAT execution and issue resolution.
- Maintain test evidence and compliance reports.
- 5+ years QA experience, with 3+ in ServiceNow testing.
- Familiar with ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow.
- Strong in defect management and UAT coordination.
- Experience in government/public sector QA projects preferred.
