What We’re Looking ForOur client, a New York-based company specializing in e-commerce and brand building, is seeking a Shopify Developer to create, customize, and optimize Shopify stores for high-impact, early-stage projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Shopify stores to align with project requirements.
- Build and modify Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby.
- Optimize site speed and performance for an exceptional user experience.
- Implement responsive design for seamless functionality across all devices.
- Integrate third-party apps, payment gateways, and marketing tools.
- Leverage advanced technologies like React, Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Laravel.
- Develop custom Shopify apps and features to enhance store functionality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Shopify and Shopify Plus development.
- Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, React, Node.js, SQL, GraphQL.
- Experience with Shopify’s API and custom app development.
- Familiarity with Laravel, MongoDB, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
