Software Engineer – Workforce Management Integrations
This is a contract-to-perm opportunity. This is a fully remote opportunity.
We’re seeking a skilled Software Engineer to support the migration from UKG Workforce Central (WFC) to UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM). This is a high-impact role where you’ll help drive the design, development, and deployment of Boomi-based integrations.
You’ll work alongside a cross-functional team to enable seamless workforce operations across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between systems using Dell Boomi
- Translate stakeholder needs into scalable and reliable integration solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration performance within the WFM platform
- Partner with global engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support system configuration and deployments in a SAFe Agile environment
Job Skills/Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer
- UKG Pro WFM and Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) experience (required)
- Proven experience building integrations using Dell Boomi (required)
- Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) (required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a distributed team
Preferred Qualifications
- Boomi certification
- Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Apigee, MOVEit)
- Experience with SaaS/cloud platforms and Agile/DevOps tools (e.g., GitLab, SonarQube, JIRA)
- Working knowledge of databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
- Retail or enterprise workforce management experience

- Pay Range $56–$61/hour
