4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointment schedules in the CRM system.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for consultation meetings.
6. Stay informed about solar industry trends, incentives, and product offerings to effectively address homeowner inquiries.
7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with homeowners.

Qualifications:
