Salary: P150,000 - P200,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST

What are we looking for?

• Skills Required: 5+ years of work experience as a Solutions Architect
• Proficiency with network hardware (Cisco CCNA, Juniper, etc.) and software
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, etc.)
• Experience with network monitoring tools and technologies
• Knowledge of security practices and tools such as firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS

What will you do?

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our company's network infrastructure.
• Ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of network systems.

Network Design and Implementation:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure network architectures.
• Implement and manage network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Ensure network performance through monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting.

Maintenance and Support:

• Proactively maintain and administer the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor network performance and availability and implement changes as needed.
• Provide high-level technical support for network issues and collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex problems.

Security:

• Implement and manage security measures to protect network integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and changes.
• Prepare reports on network performance, incidents, and projects for management review.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other IT professionals, including systems administrators, security experts, and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of network services.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to explain network-related issues and solutions.
