Full-Time Solutions Engineer

As a Tapcart Solutions and Services Engineer, you'll collaborate with our client success and engineering teams to efficiently and accurately develop Custom Blocks.

You will build Custom Blocks and React web apps for existing and prospective clients, ensuring a seamless user journey and improving the mobile app experience.

1. Technical Support: Assist clients in building and customizing their mobile apps. Troubleshoot Custom Block issues.
2. Understanding Client Needs: Understand client requirements and specifications, including design. Guide clients on Custom Block customization within the Tapcart platform.
3. Building Custom Blocks: Develop and customize Custom Blocks and React apps to meet specific client needs. Enhance app features and user experience.
4. Collaborating with Engineering: Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure smooth development, identify and report bugs, and contribute to solutions.
5. Staying Updated: Stay current with mobile app development and Custom Block trends.
6. Aligning with Merchants & Partners: Engage with merchants and partners to build relationships and improve the platform.
