Job Details
A24 is seeking a part-time, remote intern for the Specialty Marketing & Events team starting April 2025. Must be available up to 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Research potential venues for premieres, screenings, afterparties, and talent dinners.
- Develop and maintain restaurant and event space lists for key markets (New York, LA, Austin, Toronto, etc).
- Assist in administrative tasks related to external event planning (vendor research, availability outreach).
- Compile and track tastemaker social posts & screenshots/video pulldowns.
- Research tastemakers for outreach on film, TV, and doc projects.
- Pull contacts for tastemaker attendees.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Extremely detail-oriented and communicative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and research skills.
- Good understanding of the A24 brand.
- Love of films & curiosity about earned media, marketing & campaigns.
- Culturally literate, engaged, & knack for research.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Prior experience in event planning is a plus.
- Personable, social, & enthusiastic
