Contractor Spend Analyst - Contract (Virtual Cards)

We are seeking a skilled Spend Analyst to analyze spend data and lead outreach to suppliers for virtual card adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze spend by customers via virtual card to assess supplier suitability.
• Analyze spend in near real-time to contact suppliers regarding virtual card acceptance.
• Enable new suppliers for virtual card payment.
• Conduct spend analysis, both inside and outside the platform, using tools including the Supplier Enablement Platform, Excel, and SQL.
• Coordinate with customers, growth managers, campaign management team, supplier outreach team, and acquiring partners.
• Present spend data to customers and facilitate spend transitions to virtual cards.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow virtual card spend.
• Collaborate with acquiring partners (Boost, Billtrust, Adflex, etc.) for suitable spend transitions.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years experience in virtual card supplier enablement.
• 4-8 years experience in spend analysis and strategic supplier outreach.
• 4-8 years experience with the US commercial card ecosystem.
• Advanced data analytics skills, including SQL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work onsite as needed.
• Prolonged periods of computer work.
• Physical abilities as necessary.
• Valid driver's license for travel (if applicable).
