Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Spend Analyst to analyze spend data and facilitate strategic outreach to suppliers for virtual card adoption.
This role requires strong data analytics skills (Excel, SQL), a deep understanding of virtual card spend, and the ability to effectively interact with customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing spend data to determine supplier suitability for virtual card adoption.
- Analyzing spend in near real-time for "just-in-time" supplier outreach.
- Analyzing new suppliers to facilitate continuous virtual card enablement.
- Conducting spend analysis, both on and off the Platform.
- Utilizing the Supplier Enablement Platform, Excel, SQL queries, and other tools as needed.
- Coordinating with customers, growth managers, and various internal teams.
- Presenting spend data to customers and guiding them in transitioning spend to virtual cards.
- Developing strategies to grow virtual card spend.
- Collaborating with acquiring partners (Boost, Billtrust, Adflex, etc.) to transition suitable spend.
Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience in virtual card supplier enablement, including campaign management.
- 4-8 years of experience in spend analysis and strategic supplier outreach.
- 4-8 years of experience with the commercial card ecosystem (US).
- Strong data analytics skills, including SQL queries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
